Eric Leach

Eric Leach

Eric has been a Mammoth Lakes local for over a decade. He currently works as CA Licensed Real Estate Broker and owns his own brokerage, Resort Property Realty, Inc. From childhood he has a wrestling background that soon led to three years of intense collegiate judo training as part of the Northern Arizona University Judo Team. It was there that he received his highest ranking brown belt ("ik-kyu"). Post college Eric began training in more of a MMA style of fighting while being back in California. Once moving to Mammoth Lakes he connected with Sensei Smart learning Makoto Ryu Kempo-Jutsu (MRKJ). For years he trained this Japanese based discipline vigorously until eventually reaching the belt ranking of brown in both MRKJ and Australian Combat Karate by Shihan Bruce Haynes. But since 2009 Eric now focuses solely on Brazilian Jiu-jitsu in which he currently holds the rank of Brown Belt awarded to him by Professor Grant Collins!
